advising clients since 2009
While our work in M&A is largely industry agnostic, our primary area of expertise is in logistics, metal & plastics packaging, food processing and retailing.
Our main working principle is built around maintaining close and long-term relationships with senior management among Turkey’s blue-chip companies and investors. We believe that best fits are achieved through targeted searches as opposed to a blanket approach, which often results in loss of reputation, especially for the seller.
We offer highly selective, personalised work to fit the investors' and sellers' circumstances and conducted in the utmost discreet manner. This requires the involvement of senior and well-established industry leaders at all phases of the process.
Since our founding in 2009, we have advised on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions in sectors as diverse as online retailing, logistics, packaging, seed production.
